Clients are required to check in daily (including weekends and holidays) between 6am and Noon to be notified if they must test that day. Check in can be performed by phone, app or online. All check-ins and tests (including missed) are stored and reportable. Direct Observation – All court-ordered tests are directly observed unless otherwise noted. Lab Confirmation – It is Compass Drug Screening policy to send all positive instant screening tests to the lab for confirmation. There is an additional cost for this service and in the event the client refuses or cannot pay, lab confirmation may not be performed. Payments – Clients are required to pay at the time of service. Compass reserves the right to deny service for nonpayment. Compass accepts cash and credit/debit cards. Client Consent I confirm the client has consented to be referred and understands they will be contacted by Compass Drug Screening.
