Refund & Cancellations

At Compass 360 and Compass Drug Screening of West Michigan, we are committed to providing clear and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

• No refunds will be issued once a test has been performed or if testing kits or supplies have been shipped.

• Appointments may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled testing time with no penalty.

• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

• Weekend and after-hours appointments are considered outside of normal business hours and are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time.

• If a sample recollection is required and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. However, the test may be rescheduled.

• Estimated test completion times are shared during scheduling and confirmed at the time of testing. While we aim to deliver results promptly, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

• Once testing has been initiated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
